Sculptra Aesthetic® IN DENVER

Medical Spa Denver CO Young Woman

Aging happens. Skin gets lax and deep lines and furrows form. But aging skin can be a result of more than just aging. We run, we rush. We burn the candle at both ends. Stress cozies up to us. We don’t always eat right (a lot of the time, right?). We don’t always get the sleep we need. Oh, and that sunscreen our faces need to keep aging at bay? Hmm… All of these things, including genetics, can have a negative effect on how youthful our skin looks. No one said it’s fair. But with Sculptra Aesthetic®, you can own your own beauty again.

Sculptra Aesthetic® is an FDA-approved way to kick up your collagen significantly enough to help repair the underlying structure of the skin. As skin ages, it becomes much thinner. This makes boney areas of your face, such as your cheekbones, more noticeable. Sculptra Aesthetic® helps to soften the appearance of such features, filling out facial contours, grooves, and hollows that can even appear on your temples. Using Sculptra Aesthetic®, the collagen builds in these areas, the skin actually becomes stronger and more youthful, with results lasting up to two years or longer. Sculptra Aesthetic® makes a subtle, impactful difference allowing you to add more fullness without the risk of an unnatural “over-filled” look you can end up with when left in the hands of someone not qualified to administer it.

At Adore Aesthetix in Denver, Sculptra Aesthetic® is just another way we help you feel confident about your own beauty. Everything we do is to make you look and feel the very best you can be. When we inject fillers like Sculptra Aesthetic®, we inject a new level of self-esteem that like your skin, can deteriorate with age. We want to make you feel filler “fabulous”. Lift it. Smooth it. Love it. All our injectables are performed by Sara Kurts, a board-certified physician assistant. She and all our dedicated, knowledgeable staff know what it takes to bring you face to face with a younger you. And isn’t that what you want?

Sculptra Aesthetic® FAQS

Sculptra Aesthetic® is used to correct shallow to deep wrinkles and folds on the face. Administered with the appropriate injection technique from a trained specialist, Sculptra Aesthetic® is clinically approved for:

  • Deep folds between the nose and mouth (nasolabial folds), also called “smile lines”
  • Lines framing the mouth (marionette lines)
  • Chin wrinkles

On average, a series of three treatment sessions over the course of a few months may be needed. The number of injections at each session will vary, depending on the degree of correction needed and the treatment plan determined by you and your specialist.

Sculptra Aesthetic® is designed to give you noticeable results that emerge gradually and can last more than two years.* Don’t be disappointed if you don’t see immediate results. A few days after treatment, you may look as you did before treatment. This is normal and temporary. The Sculptra Aesthetic® regimen delivers its full effects with an average of three treatment sessions over the course of a few months. Because results happen gradually, you’ll see subtle, yet noticeable, results in the reduction of facial wrinkles and folds by comparing images before treatment and a couple of months following treatment.**

*Individual results and treatment sessions may vary. The clinical trial ended at 25 months.
**Safety and effectiveness of Sculptra Aesthetic® have not been evaluated in areas other than nasolabial wrinkles and folds.

If there are no complications, you may apply makeup several hours after treatment. Be sure to consult your doctor after treatment.

Sculptra Aesthetic® is FDA approved in the United States and has been used worldwide since 1999. Sculptra Aesthetic® is made of a synthetic material called poly-L-lactic acid that is absorbed naturally by the body and has been used for years in dissolvable stitches.

Since Sculptra Aesthetic® does not contain any human or animal components, no allergy testing is needed prior to treatments.

Side effects reported include injection site pain, redness, bruising, tenderness, itching, and lumps, bleeding or swelling. Small bumps under the skin can sometimes be noticeable when pressing on the treated area. Larger lumps, with or without inflammation, have also been reported.

The types and duration of side effects may vary. If you are experiencing side effects, talk to your doctor.

Please read the Safety & Side Effects section, as well as the complete Important Safety Information provided on the company website.

There are several factors that figure into how much treatment will cost, including:

  • Number of treatment sessions needed
  • Number of Sculptra Aesthetic® vials used per session
  • Degree of necessary correction determined by you and your specialist
  • Specialist fees
  • Discounts and special offers
  • Geographic market

Since injection costs will vary from person to person, the best way to determine projected costs is to visit with your specialist.

Comparing the cost of facial rejuvenation options can be challenging because so much depends on desired results, the amount of product your specialist recommends, your response to treatment and the amount of time results last.
