Look Younger Longer with Bellafill

Bellafill is a non-resorbable dermal filler, for permanent implantation into the skin for the correction of deep folds, or smile lines. Additionally, Bellafill is the only filler FDA-approved filler to correct acne scars. It can be used in both women and men. In the world of injectables, Bellafill is distinctive. The collagen immediately adds volume to the skin to lift wrinkles known as smile lines. The PMMA microspheres create a matrix that supports your body’s own collagen production. Plus it is the only filler to be proven effective and safe through 5 years. At Adore Aesthetix, all Bellafill injections are performed by Sarah Kurts, Board Certified Physician Assistant.

Q: What is Bellafill?

A: Bellafill® is a smooth collagen-based dermal filler with polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) microspheres. The collagen gel in Bellafill® provides immediate volume and lift to correct the wrinkle and/or acne scar. The PMMA microspheres remain in place and create a base that provides structural support for smoother-looking skin.

Q: What are the microspheres in Bellafill® made of?

A: The collagen in Bellafill® provides immediate volume and lift. Over time, the collagen is reabsorbed while the PMMA microspheres remain in place and create a base that provides structural support for smoother-looking skin.

A: In a clinical trial, Bellafill® was shown to work equally well with all skin types, and in men and women. If you have a history of severe allergies, have known bovine collagen allergies, are allergic to lidocaine, have bleeding disorders or are prone to thick scar formation and/or excessive scarring, tell Sarah.

Q: When will I see results?
